They always get me taken care of with oil change and tire rotation. It’s always done in a timely fashion.

I have a plugged tire that leaks down and I have to add air almost daily. That tire has been in the same position after having oil changed and “tires rotated” twice now. My tires are wearing out way too fast because they have not been rotating them.

Service was completed in a timely manner. The service rep was very helpful and professional.

I was quoted a figure for a piece on a truck and asked if that included installation and was told it just snapped on. When I had that part “just snapped on” there was a labor charge that was double the price of the part. The cashier called the service rep and when she got there, she apologized and stated there was an installation fee. This is quite upsetting. It might be time to switch dealerships.

The service is excellent, and the people are very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend them.
